Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unlit, and in its original condition with original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process your request.
Non-Returnable Items

Candles that have been opened, used, lit, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final and non-returnable.

Gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for products of equal value, subject to stock availability.

If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2Â days of receiving the package.

We may request photos of the product and packaging for quality control and claim purposes.

A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our team will provide you with next steps, including a return shipping label if applicable.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back within the timeframe provided.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
